COMPUTER SYSTEMS SUPPORT SUPERVISOR -

LCHS has an opportunity this position available in our Information Systems Department.

This position is responsible for coordinating and providing computer system technical support and working with desktop computer systems and peripherals to provide technical support and education to end-users.

The supervisor manages our help desk service and support on hardware and personal computer-based software issues and communicates issues to appropriate information systems staff.

A Bachelor’s degree in:

• Computer Science,
• Information systems technology,
• Electrical engineering technology or related field

or an Associate’s degree with two years of experience in a microcomputer help desk/user support of installation position which included problem analysis, provision of direct user support for problem/question resolution and/or the installation or configuration of microcomputer hardware and software or three years experience in a microcomputer help desk/user support or installation position which included problem analysis, provision of direct user support for problem/question resolution and/or the installation or configuration of microcomputer hardware and software is required.

Salaries commensurate with experience, not to exceed $84K.
