Heavy Highway Drilling Contractor – Hiring All Trades for the 2024 Season!

SperryCo, LLC is a geotechnical contractor based in Mannsville, NY. We have won multiple Excellence in Construction Awards for keynote projects; participating in interesting and challenging projects across upstate New York. We are looking to add to our team for work starting in Spring 2024. Drilling experience preferred. We need general laborers and operators for concrete pumps, grout plants, excavators, and forklifts. Employees must:

• Have a positive attitude, be receptive to feedback, be able to stay focused, be on time and prepared for work, and have willingness to learn new tasks.
• Be able to work outdoors in all weather, year-round.
• Have reliable means of transportation to job sites and training classes, within a 5-hour radius of Jefferson County, NY. Able to be on the road, staying away from home during the work week.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check and/or physical examination. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physically capable of performing the essential functions of working in heavy construction.
• Have a basic ability to fill out reports, send/receive emails, and take online training courses.
